It was very obvious the "I can't recall" crap was a tactic at the time she used it so prolifically way back when. I recall thinking at the time it was obvious. It was about then I do recall thinking the woman a liar extraordinaire.

Someone posted a list of all the differnt “I don’t remember” phrases Bill used back in his impeachment trial, and that Hillary used with the FBI. Somewhere in the Clinton Library and Massage Parlor there’s got to be a document with all of them recorded for future reference for when Chelsea needs them.

What difference does it make whether she lies or claims that she can't recall? No one will charge Hillary with anything. She could have shot someone between the eyes on live camera during her FBI (ahem) interview and no charges would be filed. And she has the audacity to say that 'no one is above the law'!!!!!
What amazes me are the idiots who claim in the polls that they will vote for this fraud..

During the Watergate investigation, Nixon told one of his aides that perjury was awfully hard to prove, because you could always say "I don't recall."
I doubt Hillary needed to be coached on this tactic when she was in the White House.
