Thanks to Joe Farah of WND, we have this little jem about Shepherd Smith the uber liberal plant deep in the Fox News scene, now essentially stumping for Hillary Clinton on air.
On Friday, Nov. 17, 2000, during the Hanging Chad election recount in Florida, Smith was arrested and charged with a felony for allegedly driving his car into another reporter who was standing in a parking space she was attempting to save for a friend.
According to WNDs coverage of July 9, 2001:
The victim, freelance journalist Maureen Walsh of Tallahassee, was hospitalized and released later the same day with bruises on her knees and legs. Walsh was saving the place right across from the state capitol when Smith drove up and:
shouted some profanities at her and basically just struck her, striking her at the knees, which threw her up on the car, according to a report in the St. Petersburg Times.
Smith was arrested and changed with aggravated battery with a motor vehicle. He posted $10,000 bail and returned to work. Months later, the case was eventually ended when all charges were dropped and only WND had kept track of it.
Smith did not receive any punishment from Fox News either.

Shemp should have been let go after his Katrina theatrics.
I turn the channel whenever he comes on.
He wears more makeup than the women on Fox.
There is something wrong with that guy.
Thanks for the heads up. Good thing I don’t watch TV, but when I do, I don’t watch Fox. Keep thirsty.
Shemp should have been let go after his Katrina theatrics.
_______________
I guess they need a comedian at Fox.
He likes men.
Hey! Shemp was my favorite Stooge!
He likes men.
_______________
Would not surprise me.
Mine was Curly!
I remember when this happened.
Hitting a girl with his car. Good grief.
No there’s something wrong with that gay
He has a long term bf. He used to argue with Ailes all the time—Shep wants to come out on his show and Ailes wouldn’t let him.
It is SSAD, a well known mental disorder.
As long as FNC continues to employ Shep Smith, Megyn Kelly, Dana PeRino, Geraldo Rivera, and George Will I won’t be watching.
This explains a lot.

I remember when that happened. I think we here at FR labeled it a “cat fight.”
