Elections are won by the campaigns that do a better job with thier Get Out the Vote effort and Bossie is an expert at building a voter turnout model.
The model he builds using not only data that the Trump campaign has collected, but he may also be able to access Get Out the Vote data that the Romney campaign used in 2012 as well as the Get Out the Vote data that then McCain team built in 2008.

It is amazing what you can do with minimal effort
I once stood on a thruway overpass with a giant size bedsheet sign at the exit to my home town, turnout was up 28% in my district- I like to think I helped
TURNOUT IS EVERYTHIHG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw a detailed analysis once. It showed that democrap turnout is fairly constant. So therefor if more Republicans show up, they win. Every Single Time.
That is why they spend so much effort trying to suppress vote turnout for republicans.
