An out of control German secret police. What could possibly go wrong?

Are they spending most of their time monitoring Muslims or anti-immigrant groups? Since the article mentions that they got some of their phone lists from the NSA, I’d like to believe it’s the former.

The way to scare Germans into compliance ON ANYTHING is threaten them with memories and fears of Staatssicherheit - the Stasi...

I’m with you - they’re probably going after citizen who to dare to stand up to their version of Hillary - the German witch Merkel.

The stasi were pikers. Every two days, the NSA collects the data that the stasi amassed over its 40 year history....900 million to a billion pages.

You just have to ask yourself if the NSA’s bulk data collection was for the former or the latter to figure out the answer.

and the NSA collects data on Germans and the German equivalent collects data on Americans—and then they swap the data.

See, no domestic spying to be found anywhere here!

They’d better start “spying” on the Islamic warriors that are busy killing their country and forget about us.

You are kidding yourself if you think numerous lives aren’t destroyed by our mass domestic surveillance. Our intel is not some benign data gathering group.

And it is mostly aimed squarely at us, not at terrorists. That should be unmistakably clear to everyone by now.
