I think you are right. I sent an email last week thinking no one would read it, but It was a subject important to me. The following day I received a thank you note for writing and the reply indicated they would discuss my specific concern (reiterated my concern). It was heartwarming to see Trumps staff represent him in such an exemplary manner.
