In a two-page memo to The Washington Post, Trump outlined for the first time how he would seek to force Mexico to pay for his 1,000-mile border fence, which Trump has made a cornerstone of his presidential campaign and which has been repeatedly scoffed at by current and former Mexican leaders.

Actually image of the memo sent to WaPo at link. Note that this is from earlier this year...
Did Bernstein fold it up??
(oops, sorry for typos!)
Oops, again - I meant “Woodward”. The other Bernstein. LOL.
I see aliens wiring money via Western Union outside the US is on the memo, which was discussed by me and many other here.
Yep, 24 BILLION dollars. That number is utterly horrifying. No wonder why this country’s economy is in the toilet.
All the scumbags in DC have permitting this abuse for decades.
NO MORE!
TRUMP for the win!
That was April, this is now. We’ll probably have to wait until Trump’s speech tonight to find out if this is still a part of the immigration plan that Trump is going to implement.
Shoot all the drug lords, hang all the corrupt political hacks and it would be a functioning country within 20 years and reasonably wealthy as well.
So far you have been posting by yourself. :-)
I have not seen this document before, so thank you! I think Trump is creative and brilliant about how he would go about financing the wall. I get super annoyed when stupid newsreaders lament how Trump will never get Mexico to “write a check.” There’s more than one way, idiots.
Disregard my first line, LOL.
I didn't see this mentioned in the memo, but financial institutions should also be FINED for issuing home loans to illegal aliens. This money could ALSO go towards building a wall.
It’s easy as 1, 2, 3, amending and changing 31 CFR 130.121 regulation “to redefine applicable financial institutions to include money transfer companies like Western Union and redefine “account” to include wire transfers.”
:-)
It’s impossible for The Washington Post not to actively lie about even the simplest thing. No, Trump is not “threatening to cut off the flow of billions of dollars in payments that immigrants send home to the country”, he is proposing a transaction tax, and that the sender is not an illegal alien.
Is PayPal considered a financial institution, too? I guess any company that handles money transactions should be considered as such.
Remittance payments are OUTSOURCING AMERICA’S WEALTH!
