Facing a new district map and a federal indictment, 12-term incumbent Democrat Corrine Brown has lost narrowly to former State Representative and State Senator Al Lawson in Tuesday's primary for the District 5 Congressional seat. Lawson will now face Republican Glo Smith in November.

This IS a good morning. Brian Mast won the Republican primary for the 18th D., Fla., vacated by the Senate Candidate running against Rubio. Brian is a GREAT American, loving husband and father who is a man of outstanding courage and perseverance. He lost both legs to a IED in Afghanistan, but is always on his feet striding forward as an example to others in word and deed. Now we have to get him elected in November to take back Allen West’s old seat from the Democrats.

Wasn’t that long ago that all of us could “take heart” that another criminal democrat had been voted our of office. But, now we all know that her replacement will be running against a Republican, who, chances are, is a RINO. Ergo the term “Republican” is meaningless.
I was on her website, Gloria Smith is a small business owner who is conservative and a black...Her platform is great...
