Furious San Francisco 49ers fans are burning Colin Kaepernick jerseys after he refused to stand for the national anthem as part of a racial protest.
One fan even played The Star-Spangled Banner as he set light to the Number 7 shirt, watching with his hand on his chest as it was reduced to ash.
Another, who uploaded a video to Instagram under the handle Nate3914, called the $19million-per-year athlete an 'ignorant son of a b****.'

Life is about a lot more than just what people need. Getting what we need is merely survival.
Life is about the "pursuit of happiness", and I happen to enjoy football, thank you very much.
But I'll gladly stop watching Colin Kaepernick, and burn his jersey if given an opportunity, OK?

Oh no. Keep watching if you like the NFL. There are some thugs and idiots. There are also some amazing athletes. I think the NFL will come around on the PC issue.
I can only imagine what Lombardi, Landry or for that matter Ditka would have done with this clown. Since he likes sitting on the bench that is exactly where he would remain for the entire season if I were the coach.
When he first starting playing there was something untoward about him that I just couldn’t put my finger on.
He cleared that up for me and everybody else. Send him to the Rams where they like to play with their hands up.
