Obama made another $1.3 billion in payments to Iran. But they were done in a strange way. $99,999,999 payments.
This seemed odd. But there was a law they were circumventing. Classic criminal structuring.
Proof:
Judgment fund is capped at $100,000,000. It was structuring pure and simple.

Finally, the justification for the cash payment was we 'couldn't wire the money.' But then we did.
So why the cash?
Will Congress or anyone hold the administration responsible for shredding the law yet again?
The “foreign court or tribunal” must be in Iran.
I thought it might be a system limitation. I know the IRS will send back big checks because the input field for the amount can hold only so many spaces. In those cases the IRS asks the taxpayer to send two checks totaling the amount due.
When will we get accountability? Only with Trump!

Businesses have had their assets seized because they deposited their cash receipts as they received them and the corrupt government turned an honest action into an accusation of structuring.
Our government is corrupt. Americans like to think that we have a clean government, unlike in third-world countries. But with the clintons and the bammys we are worse than any corrupt regime in the world.

So Obola pays 13 times out of a permanent contingency fund that was set up for 100,000,000.00 payments for a total of 1.3 billion?
What’s happened to the rest of the money? Who ELSE has been paid off over the years? Does ANYBODY in DC care about 100,000,000.00 any more? (My company requires justification for EVERY expense, and fights for even a $100.00 tool over the budget.)
If I “structure” my bank dealings that way, my accounts will be frozen and I’ll get a visit from armed men.
