Obama made another $1.3 billion in payments to Iran. But they were done in a strange way. $99,999,999 payments.
This seemed odd. But there was a law they were circumventing. Classic criminal structuring.
Proof:
Judgment fund is capped at $100,000,000. It was structuring pure and simple.

Finally, the justification for the cash payment was we 'couldn't wire the money.' But then we did.
So why the cash?
Will Congress or anyone hold the administration responsible for shredding the law yet again?

The GOPe is too afraid of their own shadow to think of doing anything so bold. They may have people like Gowdy or Issa yap their yapper, and furrow their brows about it, but not much else. I know that now.
The most transparent administration ever skirting the law, as usual.
The GOP is useless. They’re hiding with Hillary.
Meanwhile, if you withdraw 4000 one day, and 7000 the next, you’ll be charged with structuring your transactions to avoid the 10,000 limit.
Just doing what he has to do to keep the dough rolling in to his Muzzie pals.
Whether or not history will hold the Obama administration accountable will depend on whether or not that history is written in English.
