On Tuesdays NBC Today, Al Roker used an 8 a.m. ET hour weather report to mount his climate change soapbox and issue a dire warning to viewers: Well, it has been a really hot year and it just continues. 15 consecutive months of record warmth, global temperatures....But look what happens if we project out to 2050, look at how much further you start to see that deep red of 50-plus days above 100.
The weather map on screen displayed statistics from the climate change activist group Climate Central. Roker continued with the doomsday predictions: And by 2100, New York City could see, on average, 16 days above 100 degrees. Atlanta could be looking at 39 days over 100 degrees for a year. In Chicago, 26 days of 100-plus. Dallas would see 98 days. He then called for action: And Las Vegas, by 2100, 138 days a year of 100-plus temperatures if we don't do something to change this outcome.
NBC has routinely seized on weather events to push the climate change agenda over the years. In 2013, Roker could not hide his disgust over a poll showing people were skeptical of the meteorological theory: But 37 percent said, 37 percent of these people don't believe in global warming! They think it's a hoax....Okay, two words: Superstorm Sandy!

Yes, John Coleman is a leading critic of the Climate Change movement.
Unfortunately he sold his interest in TWC years ago.
It never ceases to amaze me at the intensity of the Stockholm syndrome that infects anyone that through willful ignorance or whatever excuse there may be for those that buy into the anthropogenic climate change theology. The ego must be so massive. We aren’t that important nor influential to this massive planet.
Nothing more frightening than a true believer in an ism.
“Well thats about as good a solution as these assclowns have proposed. That is if it was actually a problem.”
Excellent example. Thinking about your solution, how will we keep the heat outside of Vegas from entering Vegas? That would be like fixing global warming in the US and keeping global warming from Canada and Mexico from getting in.
“4. Since the scientific method requires that decidedly factual results be a) replicable and b) demonstrably repeatable, what is the data that shows global warming?”
Racist!
“”... Soapbox ...”
It better to a BIG box because he is like a semi-dwarf...physically and mentally ..like most demwads.
On par with Bill Nye the TV “scientist guy” or Oooprah Winbag ..but only not as smart.
Roker just went full shart. You never go full shart.
He must do that fairly often, because I have seen him do it and I hardly ever catch his spot. Playing up to his bosses at NBC. He knows what they want him to say.
Hey, Big Al (isn't some other famous gloBULL warming fanatic named Big Al too?-- you know, that guy who invented the internet), assuming your BS is accurate, which it's not, what EXACTLY are we to do to change the outcome of Mother Nature and the forces of nature?
Al, I'm waiting.....Al, are you still there?.....Al? chirp, chirp, chirp.......
It’s so serious he pooped his pants.

Have you noticed how when we point out how it is unseasonably cold in say August, they snidely say “weather is different from climate...you dumbass.”
But when they trot out what is clearly “weather” to prove their point that “climate” is changing, we can’t use that same logic?
somewhat off topic....but I actually think “weather man” would be a pretty cool job.
if I had to do it all over again, I might actually seriously consider it.
If they could get the five-and ten-say forecasts at least half accurate, they’d be doing the country more of a favor.
Highest temperature so far this summer in Chicago (at ORD) is a non-threatening 93. That’s well below the long-term average.
Much of this hype is not even connected to observations anywhere except a few isolated arctic islands that had a bit of a spike ten years ago.
There is no really valid reason to predict any huge warming trend nor is there any real reason to pay the taxes that elites want to collect. They will have to live on the salaries they have now, I guess. Those are certainly high enough for what anyone gets in return.
