If you drive anywhere in Pennsylvania, from the turnpike to the old US routes to the dirt roads connecting small towns like Hooversville with bigger small towns like Somerset, you might conclude that Donald Trump is ahead in this state by double digits.
Large signs, small signs, homemade signs, signs that wrap around barns, signs that go from one end of a fence to another dot the landscape with such frequency that, if you were playing the old-fashioned road-trip game of counting cows, you would hit 100 in just one small town like this one.
In Ruffsdale, I am pretty sure I saw more than 100 Trump signs.
Its as if people here have not turned on the television to hear pundits drone on and on about how badly Trump is losing in Pennsylvania.

but it deserves a second post. Great piece by a rare bird—a good reporter.
Salena Zito gets it. She lives right here in SW PA and what she says is spot on.
THE MONSTER VOTE that will be the tsunami of 2016 that historians will look back on as the day AMERICA woke up from its SOCIALIST nightmare and started to become what the FOUNDERS intended...amen!

Hopefully “flyover country” will finally get it’s representation.
And that, in a nutshell, is why I think Trump can win.
Bump....
All I usually believe in is the election day votes.
But this caught me by surprise.
My wife does surveys online for amazon gift cards, etc., and there was a poll among the survey takers, who I figured where college kids and women, on who they wanted for president. It was TWO to ONE in favor of TRUMP.
Even though other loopy questions were 2 to 1 in favor of the left wing choice.
That tells me something.
Here’s an extremely detailed analysis of the potential PA vote. The highlights are that “Biden Country” (NE PA) is turning into “Trumpland”, and Pittsburgh plus its suburbs are becoming very much more “red” than Philadelphia plus its suburbs are becoming more “blue”. That’s the path for PA becoming a narrow win for Trump.

<FROM YOUR POST TO EVERY ONES’ EARS AND DREAMS!
I recently drove all over rural NY and noticed Trump signs everywhere, but not a single sign for Hillary. I also noticed a surprising lack of prosperity.
We all need to remember this for when Hillary tries to steal the election. In a fair election Trump wins in an absolute landslide, maybe even biggest if all time.
I live in CA, Sacramento area, and honestly cannot remember seeing any Hillary stickers/signs.
FWIW, Lakeland, FL's main sponsor in the 1920s Florida land rush was a man named Julius T. Horney; the side road to get to the Tigers spring training camp there is named Julius T. Horney Dr.
In return, the townspeople offered to name the town after him, Horneytown. To the relief of many future generations, his humility would not allow it, so it became Lakeland instead--but one of the lakes is named Lake Horney to this day, though there is a petition to change the name because of its titillating effect.
Get out the vote! There has to be such a huge margin that the fraud can’t overcome the true vote.
The problem is the Philly precincts with 115% turnout that vote 100% Dem.
'Journalist' "Pauline Kael famously commented, after the 1972 Presidential election: I live in a rather special world. I only know one person who voted for Nixon. Where they are I dont know. Theyre outside my ken...'" You dang right they're beyond your ken. They're outside of the bloodsucker-filled, Democrat-controlled, crime-infested big cities.
