Could my Clinton/Lynch Tarmac meeting be more than silly speculation?
Bill advised Lynch that Hillary is very ill, they made a deal that in return for no prosecution, (which she would never be able to endure and would be a sympathetic figure) she will withdraw from running for POTUS at an appropriate time. She is now winding down the campaign, the health leaks, less time campaigning, and public episodes are lead ups to her announcement.

And the timing is right since Bernie has already flown the coop and headed home to his new $600K Burlington, VT vacation home.
