Attorney Cathy McCulloch had a client who was accused of eight counts of raping his own daughter over a six year period. The man adamantly denied that he had ever laid a hand on his daughter, but the girl gave a very "compelling interview" to police and shared explicit details of the crime.
Her client mentioned that his daughter's favorite book was Fifty Shades of Grey, and it appeared that she may have been using material from the book to give her testimony.
After picking up a copy of the book, the team found 17 different examples pointing to the racy novel as material for the girl's accusations against her father.
After just seven minutes, she broke down and admitted she had made up the accusations to teach her "strict" father a lesson. After the prosecutor re-examined the girl a second time, the father was granted an immediate acquittal.
You are kinder than me-if it were my kid, she’d probably be outlined in chalk...
Yep.
She did her best to put her father in the Big House.
This fellow is destroyed no matter the outcome.
Statement:
Wow. How do you repair a family after THAT? Im betting you dont.
Score another one for taking God out of every aspect of our lives!
Answer
You forgive her and show her that you love her and that you love her unconditionally
Kids are almost always attracted to reading material that is for adults only-it is just natural curiosity...
I was brought up by involved, loving parents in a traditional Tejano Catholic home-on a small family ranch-at 10 or so, I found where the copy of Peyton Place my mom was reading was kept-and did my own clandestine read when mom was busy elsewhere-I’d read a chapter or two, then return the book to where she kept it...
Even the most attentive parents can’t watch their kids every second...
Dave Barry’s review of 50 shades of grey... (very funny)

What is 50 Shades of Gray? What is it about?
This is an evil, evil child.
Typical manipulative pus-witch. They do start young nowadays, do they not?
Guess it beats the “Chewbacca Defense.”

Is it really a tough call? Your kid accuses you of one of the worst crimes imaginable and potentially sent to prison for the rest of your life with inmates trying to get to you for what you were convicted of? Completely unforgivable. Being thrown out of the house would be the least of her worries.
Sad thing is that he is a marked man! Hard to get out form under that crap!! She should be sent up for a few years to give her a lesson!
And the people who say that you can and should are ALWAYS childless. Nonparents have all the answers - just ask them.
I’m embarrassed to admit I don’t know, guess it must be nasty
It is. I thought the FATHER used the 50 Shades of Grey somehow
Wow how horrible for all involved, if her father is reading 50 shades of gray and is strict however, he’s a hypocrite, I have never read it nor seen the movie nor will I ever.
Maybe not. Fortunately, he has remained anonymous because his daughter was the alleged victim and has had his identity protected to protect hers.
You don’t want to know.
It appears from the story that the daughter is the 50-shades reader.
