MONTPELIER, Vt. — Sen. Bernie Sanders has pushed hard for transparency on U.S. trade and campaign finance, but has been far less aggressive in disclosing his own personal finances.
Now his wife and campaign confidante, Jane O'Meara Sanders, is defending the senator's decision not to file a candidate personal finance disclosure and talking about the purchase of a new vacation home.

Ah! Bernie got a book advance! That’s how he came up with some of the cash for the vacation home.
Funny how Democrats sometimes get lush book deals for books that never sell. What he get an advance on? Expected sales of 10 million books? They’ll be lucky to sell 10,000.

Yep. We can still wonder where the “capital” came from for Bernie’s home. Despite what his wife says are the sources of the funds for his new house, do we think she would fess up to being paid off by the Clinton foundation or George Soros to get out of the race? Not a chance.

Bernie was HIRED by the Clintons to run so that she would look more SANE and YOUNGER!!! THe check CLEARED....that’s how they paid for their 3rd house!! How did they afford the OTHER 2 when he never had a JOB until 40 and since he’s been living off a GOVERNEMENT check?

“On another financial matter, Jane Sanders said she and her husband paid cash — $575,000 — for the four-bedroom summer house they recently bought in North Hero, Vermont, on the Lake Champlain shore. She said she sold her share of her family’s long-time vacation home in Bridgton, Maine, to her brother for $150,000, added some money from her retirement account and from an advance her husband got on a book he is writing to come up with the money to buy the couple’s third home.”
Didn’t she get a settlement from that college she drove out of business?
That’s my guess too. Or from Soros’ deep pockets. No wonder Bernie’s wife doesn’t want to disclose their financial statement - though she says - nothing in it is new.......how would we know unless we could see what it actually says? Of course, they would not show the Clinton/Soros gift even if they did disclose their finances.
I don’t know about that issue but would like to learn more about it.
For a hag that ran a small college into near bankruptcy, she sure is vocal about their financial shenanigans.
His wife said, “Why bother?” Sanders wasn’t a real opposition candidate.
