I spent about 8 months in the 101st barracks. The 101st was in Viet Nam so they let us Engineers use the barracks. It was better than “Little Korea”, Ft Leonard Wood. That was 47 years ago though.

Howdy, PRO.
Have a good time with your son this weekend? Were you able to get to the range or was it simply too hot to be able to enjoy it?

We did keep missing each other over the weekend, didn’t we? I didn’t even get here last night. Friends of Hubby’s are in town and by the time they left, it was time to shower and get ready for bed. Today was one of the days to pull a shift at the headquarters.
Sounds like y’all had a good weekend, even if you didn’t get to the range. There’s always next weekend. :-)
A little slow at the HQ today but a few people showed up to get yard signs. It was still good to be away from the house but be inside since it was another roaster. Wish this heat wave would break!
Kittehs have been relatively good lately so I bought a few new catnip toys for them on the way home. They’ve been happily stupid since suppertime. LOL!
