The U.S. transferred 15 Guantanamo Bay detainees to the United Arab Emirates on Monday, the largest such movement yet in President Barack Obama’s push to remove most prisoners from the offshore prison before he leaves office in January.
The transfer of 12 Yemenis and three Afghans from the Cuba facility to the U.A.E. leaves 61 detainees, a significant drop from the 242 men imprisoned there in 2009 when Mr. Obama took office but short of the president’s longtime goal of closing the lockup.
The Obama administration has faced persistent resistance from Congress and the Pentagon to closing the prison.

How many millions (or hundreds of millions) of taxpayers dollars did the jug-eared muslim traitor in the White House have to give the UAE to take these terrorists and get them back into circulation?

It is pretty much guaranteed at this point - only the most hard core are left.
It does not matter to the Obama Admin. They are intent on closing Gitmo, and are only concerned with a release strategy to minimize the PR problems they might suffer from unleashing such monsters. They have been smuggling them out in small groups, but are growing more brazen.
They have learned that the media will cover for them, so there is almost no cost. They released the leadership of ISIS from Camp Bucca, and have not been held accountable one lick. It will be a while before these guys are caught again waging war on us. Obama will be safely out of office by then, beyond all accountability.
This is the most transferred in Obama's administration. They are going to the UAE and enter a terrorist deprogramming "program". They are all or mostly Yemenis. So they will be close to their den of scum and villainy.

Then why was there such a kerfuffle about him ‘transferring’ the 5 worst ones for Bergdahl? Because they were ‘ransom’? I thought Congress had to sign off on releasing terrorists.
