In response to the Black Lives Matter movement, Beck, who’s also the founder of The Blaze, a multi platform news and entertainment network, has been promoting the notion that all lives matter.
But, he’s not convinced it’s such a good concept anymore.
Beck discussed the need for conservative to launch a new political party in an interview with NPR Saturday, adding that it’s important for conservatives to appear to all races, income groups and nationalities.
“I think it’s important for us to appeal to everybody,” he said at about 2:45 into the interview.
“I had a new kind of thought on Black Lives Matter and the all lives matter thing,” he continued. “The best way to explain it is if we’re all sitting around a table having dinner, and everybody gets pie except for you, and you say, ‘My pie matters; I don’t have pie.’ And everybody at the table looks at you and says, ‘I know; all pie matters.’”
He said that illustration indicates that no one is listening to the person who didn’t get the pie.
Beck went on to say that although he has issues with the founders of the Black Lives Matter movement, he could “relate to them and understand them on many different fronts,” he said.
“We need to start listening to each other and getting out of our own little labeled bubbles,” Beck concluded.

Beck has become a bore.
He’s obviously drinking again. The only question is when he started. I’m thinking about the time he took the teddy bears to the border.
Following Beck’s reasoning is like watching a squirrel cross the interstate, only less entertaining.

It’s always shocking to me that people were so taken in by this guy. He always struck me as unstable and lacking in culture. I couldn’t watch his show more than three times and he completely lost me when he decided he was an architectural expert in diagnosing the problems of the deco classic Rockefeller Center.
People don’t believe me, but there was a prayer vigil for him held here every night for him several years ago.
They had a pie riot this weekend in Milwaukee.
And then they say...sorry but we picked the berries, made the pie crust and paid for the pie pans. All you did was lay on the couch and smoke dope. Sorry...no pie for you.

What pie don’t they get? I’m 54 years old. When I was 18 and looking for scholarship and grants money for college, I was told that there was a lot of stuff out there for black students, but nothing much for me. I got turned down for a job in 1994 because they needed to hire a black technician. No black person my age has ever heard that.
I’ve lived my entire life in a nation with special scholarships, grants, affirmative action, programs, NAACP, BET, the Congressional Black Caucus, and now BLM. I get told that I have to buy the ingredients, bake the pie, serve the pie, and if I get a piece, it’s too much because someone who DIDN’T EVEN COME TO THE TABLE didn’t get any.
I have never watched his show but have friends who think he is soooo smart...and I haven’t much liked his radio show either...was like a gaggle of women when it came on here at 6am. Made me start listening to Laura Ingraham.

That was about the interval I gave him too.
Back in 2009 or 2010 I gave him a try, having heard his radio program by accident one morning. He sounded pretty good at first.
After about three shows I began to detect the numbing quack of flake-ism.
I would still tune in once in a while if I happened to be in the car when he was on, and over time it became more and more obvious that he was a mentally imbalanced person who was able to appear sane for short time periods.
Back in the mid70s a co-worker of mine used to tear down promotion notices on the board because if a single applicant who wasn’t a white male applied for it, he’d get turned down.
The company was trying to promote and hire only non-whites and females at the time. Only way he could get in was if none applied.
Last night while watching CNN, a Wisconsin state senator (a black woman - you know, A Queen) announced that everyone in the ghetto was suffering from PTSD - Post Traumatic Slave Disorder. I kid you not; I fell off the hotel’s bed laughing.
I thought black guys were famous for that. Just watch the opening scene of Pulp Fiction. They do however like the Foot Massage.
Michelle Obama said someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more.
