Patti Davis, an actress, author and daughter of former President Ronald Reagan, penned a message to Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on Wednesday night, calling his recent comments about the Second Amendment “horrifying.”
On Tuesday, Trump vaguely implied that his supporters could shoot Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton or her picks for the Supreme Court.

This is just another move by the MSM to distance Trump from being viewed as Reaganesque since he was probably one of the most successful presidents in modern times. There have been a lot of comparisons between Trump and Reagan and the Left knows they have to destroy this image in people’s minds or they will vote for him. Too true. Both of Reagan’s kids by Nancy must have been a total embarrassment to him, especially the daughter, who must think her opinion matters to us. His now deceased daughter by his first wife did him credit, though.

There was the late Maureen Reagan (daughter of Jane Wyman) who had more sense than any of them including Michael, as I recall.
Those of you who regularly read my column know that Donald Trump was not my first choice for the GOP nominee. He was not my second choice either. Rather than belaboring the point, I'm just going to say that while I am not “Never Trump,” I am most assuredly “Never Hillary.”
That's why I'm going to be voting for Donald Trump in November..
