A politically connected law firm in Washington, D.C., Perkins Coie, may find itself in the embarrassing and reputation-damaging position of being named a co-defendant in a high profile case where it is the sole legal counsel of record for the defendants. The Federal lawsuit was brought by Senator Bernie Sanders’ supporters against the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and its Chair, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, for overt acts to undermine the Sanders’ campaign while boosting the prospects of Hillary Clinton as the Democratic Presidential nominee. Under the DNC’s own bylaws, it must act in a fair and impartial manner to all Democratic candidates during the primaries.
After the lawsuit was filed, Wikileaks released almost 20,000 emails that had been hacked at the DNC by an unknown party. The emails buttressed the allegations in the lawsuit and created so much media notoriety against the DNC that Wasserman Schultz stepped down as Chair along with three other DNC executives whose emails were leaked. Multiple emails also show lawyers at Perkins Coie engaging in strategy that appears to benefit Clinton over Sanders.

Well, since Lucas was only 38, I think we can rule out old age as a cause of death. I sure hope his family conducts an autopsy separate from D.C. medical examiner.

I had Lucas’ age pegged at 27. The article I linked below has a paragraph on the Rich death also, and his age was 27. I think I may have pulled this age for Lucas inappropriately.
He does look like he’s around 38.

IIRC, that Montano guy, had just “met privately” with Bill Clinton a week or so before he died.
Autopsies have been performed on two members of my close family in the last ten years. Each took only about two days. There’s no legitimate reason for this delay. Also, the death is suspicious, the decedent being only about 38 years old.
I had not heard that. I appreciate the mention.

This is the same firm that has Barry’s birth certificate and hides all of his records.
It’s going to take them longer to do this one, because they have to figure out exactly what they think will pass as an explanation. They already know they can’t call it suicide. He was looking forward to seeing them in court, and it’s recorded.

I do consider it a ‘malfeasance’ issue due to Clinton’s email situation.
It isn’t what you would term a possible political killing.
It is simply more of the same thing that cost our ambassador and his staff their lives. She’s incompetent.
