I was struck by the cheering at the rally when Hillary said that.
I assume she misspoke, but have yet to hear anyone in Hillaryland say she misspoke. So there you have it. Middle class, see your taxes increased.

Most Democrats are not paying taxes, either because they don’t earn enough, because they successfully manipulate them, or because they are obstacles to the rise of competitors.
So increasing taxes on the middle class doesn’t bother them in the least.
