Been watching the Olympics most of the weekend.
Our gymnastic teams and
beach volleyball teams are awesome.
The USA bicyclist almost had the Gold.
Felt so bad for the Dutch cyclist who crashed
and got sent to the hospital.
A quick hello and then I'm off.
I'll be scarce most of the week.
Got behind on chores while grandkids were here,
plus have a 9 a.m. vet appointment for our older dog.
Plus, need to get back to writing business.
The first (annual?) "have the grandkids for a week" went well.
Much easier to handle them when they are 10 & 12
(they have iPads LOL).
Took them down for a visit with their great-grandmother/grandfather.
We went to pool two days while they were here
and out to dinner on Friday.
Tried to NOT plan too much running around
as they've had a busy summer.
Gotta run.
But please stay right where you are.
Chat up the military or a family member.
No need to fret...I'll get to pings soon.
