Even with the ridiculous sampling.
They are over sampling dems 45% GOP 35% Indi 11%
in the Brexit polling, “Leave” did significantly better online than via phone.
After the fact it was explained as the social stigma of “admitting” you were voting for Brexit when talking to a real person vs online.
If Trump is doing better online than on the phone it means there is a hidden Trump vote.

I’ve stopped watching the poll circus. I’ve made up my mind. Nothing is going to change my mind, so why watch? I’ll bet the polls tighten up toward the end. They are designed to gain attention for more dollars to the media.

I also dropped the demoralization campaign, running non-stop, by the PANIC BRIGADE in the media and paid for by the Cheap Labor Express, against our guy.
TRUMP is killing it in North Carolina polling! When they poll a few Republicans there is a fairer outcome. Imagine THAT.

I actually did participate in a survey once. I don’t think I was the droid they were looking for.

Those old Western Electric phones could be dropped from a skyscraper and still survive.

The ONLY thing i wonder about is that mostly the elderly still have a land line and they lean conservative. That doesn’t make sense.
But many of the older folk i talk to wont even CONSIDER doing an online poll.
The flip side is the poor would probably have landlines at a much great level becuase they can’t afford cell phone and/or dont have a PC/laptop.
What do you think?
I know few people under 35 who have a landline. those under 25 probably forgot what one was lol
The way Erin Burnett lies for Democrats, she needs to make sure she stops and takes a breath once in awhile.
The CNN application (as well as others) must all ask, “Can you be a 24/7/365 lying spin-doctor for every uber-liberal candidate and agenda with absolutely no shame?”.
If they answer “Yes” - they’re on the air.
They must factor in voter fraud.
the average response rate on telephone polls (landline and mobile) is about 10 percent, but the pollsters claim that the results are not biased.
But in order to get usable results, the pollsters have to reweight by the population proportions (age, gender, land line, race etc)
The pollsters are estimating the fraction of likely voters (and even registered voters) from very small subsamples of the 10 percent of contacts who actually responded. The sampling errors on those estimates are huge.
So, in the end they are guessing about what the actual voting universe will look like. In this election it is understood that the percent of white vote will determine the outcome. One D consultant said in effect, “70 percent white we win. 74 percent white Trump wins”.

Then there is the differences in land line vs cell phone when all the demographic variables are removed. That difference in the Brexit vote turned out to be hidden votes for leave.
If there was ever an election where there is going to be a social stigma of voting for someone, it has to be a vote for Trump
