Pattriots are reminded that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for environmental purposes.

Butler, 1936.

So this is another example of corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress letting last-term, lawless Obama get away with harrassing the states. Patriots need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress.
