Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
So this is another example of corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress letting last-term, lawless Obama get away with harrassing the states. Patriots need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress.
Yep, six more months of this B. S.
Then it’s history!
“...when Fed.gov goes bankrupt”
You think we are not there yet? LOL!

Soon after Jan. 20, 2017. Very soon after, I hope.
From 1/20/2017 on, every government agency will need to consider we the people.
The US government is no longer relevant to the planets future. And I feel fine...
Set the poison for all functions into the roots so whatever grows is contaminated and limited.
Can't take you seriously until you banish those evil air conditioning units from all of your offices. Turn in your official vehicles for bicycles. Start wearing sustainable, enviro-friendly itchy hemp underwear...
Nah, I'm just messin' with ya. I wouldn't listen to you no matter what you did.
If I were Trump I’d use it to cut every govenment agency in half. For the children.
