The last point only pertains to the ‘survival of the GOP’. Those in D.C. could care less about the Law, let alone the nation. Else, we wouldn’t be battling our ‘own side’ re: immigration, visas or a plethora of other unconstitutional edicts and laws.
Long as they get out w/ enough taxpayer $$ in their bank-accounts, what’s the ‘care’ about? Even for the few boobs that leave w/out millions, the taxpayer still is on the hook perpetually.
