The city of Belfast in Northern Ireland is gearing up for its annual gay pride parade this weekend.
But what are the challenges that face LGBT people living in Northern Ireland where sexual identity and politics always seem to clash.
Peter Coulter has been to meet a transgender woman living in Belfast, who would like to rejoin the Orange Order.

And this guy/girl feels aggrieved because they won't let him join.
Retards, all of them.
He has been what, to meet this trannie? He has been waiting? He has been traveling? He has been planning? It seems a word got left out, there.
Many years ago, I was doing some shopping in Derry, on a weekend.
Suddenly, a parade was coming from the top of Shipquay Street.
Asked a local walking down the sidewalk next to me what was this all about.
“Shite Pushers”, she replied.
She was obviously not happy, and I couldn’t stop laughing at her reply.
I don’t support the Orange order, but anyone wanting a tranny to be forced on them is either not a conservative or hates Orangemen more than they care about conservatism.
Is this a ruse from the leftist, communist IRA?
Going, I think.
No such thing as a transgender woman. I assume they mean a man that dresses as a woman.

I suspect that this wording is more familiar over there, and it probably corresponds to "Peter Coulter has met..."
Obama is both a shite and shiite pusher.
Try it this way, with an Irish structure:
“I have been to meet you.”
In other words, I made a trip to meet you.
Exactly right.
Oh it was the biggest mix up
that you have ever seen
me mother she was orange
and me father he was she.
This certainly calls for a round of the Irish Rovers’ “Orange and Green”:

The Derry wits, some would describe them as half-wits, you can’t beat them.
LOL!
That’s a riot.
I was always bummed out that the Orangemen of Syracuse disappeared.
They were half way down the street when they realized that they had no supporters and they were being shouted down by the locals.
Jesse Owens would have been proud.
Mr. PotatoHead speaks as though he does not understand the purpose of the marching, but I suspect he does. The current strategy is to not directly interfere with the demonstration, but to stand back and ridicule it, and so he insults. At least he’s not accusing them of “denying Catholics their basic civil rights!”
Some treat the Orange walk as only “a cultural, family-friendly event at which tourists are welcome.” One may hope for that; it would mean a lasting peace... God grant that it never become necessary for these men, (and women!) to show what they are really made of!

This looks like more fun than the Macy’e thanksgiving parade...
