Hacking isn’t limited to one actor. If your system is not secure, many people can get in. NSA gets everything as a matter of routine, not considered “hacking.”

The judge’s theory makes the more sense. If he is right, Hilary’s chances of winning are about zero.
I think there was a thread here about a Salon article that said this whole ‘the Russians did it” thing was very Nixonian - and a bunch of baloney.
Why would the NSA have done anything? Aren’t they just in Obama’s pocket?
His theory is that an individual in the NSA with the necessary access got pissed off and leaked it. Not every individual with such access is likely to be an Obama loyalist.
Well, Russia probably did, too, and China, and Iran and North Korea and anyone else who is interested in that sort of thing. Democrats aren’r real great on security even with all the Tech billioinaires on board their train.
