Conservative TV and radio host Glenn beck is suing Chris Balfe, the former CEO who used to run his news network The Blaze and helped grow Beck's empire, according to LawNewz.com.
Balfe is accused of breach of contract, general mismanagement, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud, according to the lawsuit.
Beck's production and operating company, Mercury Radio Arts, filed the July 29 complaint which accuses Balfe of being a "terrible executive" who caused "substantial harm through deliberate mismanagement."

Haven’t read through the thread yet but I hope others have corrected your false statement.
No proper financial controls at all if the CEO could be earning millions and Beck didn’t know. What, did they have cartons of cash moving around???

We started the company and named it after Mercury Theatre because it
was a small team that could accomplish miracles and never gave up, and
we are now thrilled to take the original home of the Mercury players,
Beck told Capital.
So...it’s an unnecessary lease according to Glenn Beck in 2016, but he was “thrilled” to take this space back in 2014?
Mr. Balfe should countersue for a besmirched professional reputation due to Glen’s behavior during Balfe’s term as CEO.
So...when will you admit you have no idea...what you are talking about?
Interesting...........
What are you...part of the BLM gang?
I didn't have a dime until I...really started WORKING!!
Just go off...and cry yourself to sleep....
What false statement? If I am wrong I will correct it myself.
Bill Gates was also born into money. He had a $1,000,000 trust fund on the day that he was born. In 1952 that was real money. And his mother’s social connections introduced him to an IBM executive at just the right time to give Microsoft the contract for DOS. That’s what made Microsoft.
Wealth and social connections were a huge advantage. But like Trump, Gates did something with it. They both could have been idle trust fund kids who did nothing but live off of inherited wealth. Instead both built business empires.
I agree.
I didn’t have a dime until I...really started WORKING!!
his point was that it’s quite difficult, especially with the grubby government at all levels, to build a thriving business without a good deal of initial capital to absorb the inevitable rocky start...or do you disagree with that...?
What false statement?
your statement about the inheritance was misleading; you stated it as if that’s what propelled Trump to the top...
your point might have been better made if you said that as a young man Trump didn’t have to worry about the wolf at the door, like many do...but to imply that he didn’t take that advantage and turn it into a thriving empire by dint of his own effort is what’s not true...
He is nothing of the sort.
“agree witbh the sentiment but Trump is hardly self made. I believe that he inherited about $40 mil.”
Trump turned that into several BILLION dollars. If it had been Beck, Obama, Hillary or the RNC they’d have spent the $40 mil and put themselves in debt instead.
Again, not a darn thing wrong with that.
Just trying to make the point that a "came from nothing and pulled myself up by my bootstraps" is going to ring hollow with a lot of people.
Like The Screech's claim to being dead broke when they left the WH.
Way more self made than you are.
Actually you know nothing about me. In this I feel fortunate.
Is The Blazes Glenn Beck Suing Himself?
This article adds a few interesting details that, according to my sources, are 100% true.
