I think you are correct on all counts.
This seizure talk is just silly, IMO.
(Not that I have any medical knowledge.)
I have epilepsy and yes, those actually do look like complex partial seizures.
The result may not be immediate confusion, but they still do require rest and recovery. In some ways they are more debilitating than full myoclonics.
Do a youtube search for complex partial seizures and you will find quite a few. Some lasting just a few seconds and others a few minutes.
Hillary is having seizures. While having epilepsy can’t exclude her from being President, the stress of the position is affecting her health. Stress is a major trigger.
