The father of a Muslim American soldier killed in Iraq who is caught up in a war of words with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is an immigration lawyer who specializes in a highly controversial program accused of letting immigrants buy their way into the U.S.
Khizr M. Khan's website notes that he works to help clients with the E-2 and EB-5 programs that let overseas investors buy into U.S. companies and also provides green cards for family members.
It also said that he helps in the purchase of U.S. real estate and businesses. The website lists his ability to practice in New York, though it gives a Washington phone number for the lawyer who lives in Virginia. A man who answered the phone said the website was correct, though he would not identify himself.
"The E-2 and EB-5 are two of the most notoriously abused visa categories that essentially allow wealthy foreigners to buy their way to U.S. residency, and possibly citizenship, with a relatively modest investment," said Jessica Vaughan, the policy director for the Center for Immigration Studies.

Thanks for putting them all in one place.
He and his wife had 3 sons:
[Humayun] Khan, who was born in the United Arab Emirates, moved to Silver Spring at age 2. He graduated from Kennedy High School in 1996 and the University of Virginia in 2000.

....his wife, Ghazala, who taught Persian at a Pakistani college before raising three boys in the Washington suburbs;
their eldest son, Shaharyar, who was a top student at the University of Virginia and a co-founder of a biotechnology company; nor Captain Khan, who posthumously earned the Bronze Star, along with a Purple Heart, for saving the lives of his men, would have been allowed to settle here.
A third son, Omer, who works at his brothers biotech company, was born in the United States.

An Islamic Cindi Shehan. Not surprising at all.
Khan makes no sense at all. Clinton voted for the Iraq war which took his son’s life whereas Trump didn’t. And the democrats dishonored his son’s legacy when they cut OIF funding in 2007 necessitating the US withdrawal, and permitting the rise of ISIS -the very same terrorists who killed Khan’s son.
It’s gotta be the immigration money, MB, Sharia and Clinton foundation connections. That is the only rationale at work here.
Keep it up, it will all backfire.
Was his son a set-up? Sacrificed for the jihad to create sympathy for this family and advance sharia? Don’t put anything past muslims. They sacrifice their sons every, single day.
This man’s son sacrificed his life for this country.
Now this father, IMHO, is besmirching that son’s sacrifice, and dishonoring it, for pure political gain.
The Democrats and the Hillary campaign in particular, or soulless, and they will do anything, say anything, hurt anyone, to gain power and continue their headlong assault upon our Republic and its constitution.
I am glad Trump came out and at least set a part of this straight...as much as he could given the circumstances of them using a dead patriot to make anti-American gains.
agree...
It was asked if Khan was a citizen:
I asked him, How do you feel about the whole Iraq deal? recalled Khizr Khan, who became a United States citizen after emigrating from Pakistan in 1980.

Another Freeper said he could not find a standard obit on the son and I found 2 WAPO stories dating back to 2004 and 2005
I was surprised Khizr Khan was in WAPO that early:

The Muslim Brotherhood is certainly to be found at the end of this individual’s trail.
The perfect result of all this would be to connect him to Hillary’s brother. We know he was selling his “services” in this immigration scheme.
An Islamic Cindi Sheehan. Not surprising at all.

Similarly, the supposedly innocent, unarmed black boys gunned down by cops for no alleged reason other than racism almost all turn out to be violent felons to a man.
Investigative journalism is always the enemy of liberal propaganda.
I have a PERSONAL message for the
Muslim father whose son was killed in IRAGAlan West (July 31, 2016)

Why is the son’s last name different from the father’s?
If anyone here thinks ANY of this news will be discussed in the National Media, enjoy the fantasy.
The Die is Cast and this guy Kahn and his Family is the Vessel. He could have an ISIS Membership Card in his Wallet and would not make a bit of difference.
He and his Family are the designated Victims that will help Hillary win the Whitehouse. The more they are discussed, the more sympathy they will garner.
Trump should have said nothing or just said he feels for the Kahn Family. He thinks people get it, they don’t.
We get it, but that didn’t stop Obama for being Elected twice. Sorry to be the Debbie Downer here.
Those visa programs need to be ended. Why should we be allowing rich people to be buying dual citizenship. Our politicians are making money off these programs.
