"Today, in the interests of justice and based on recent unforeseen developments that were investigated over the past week, the Office moved to dismiss the case charging Ingmar Guandique with the May 2001 murder of Chandra Levy," the offices public information officer, Bill Miller, said in a statement.
In the statement, the office said it can no longer prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Ingmar killed Levy.

Maybe they can renew charges against Condit? I still think he got away with murder on this one.
i wonder what “developments” in the case happened in recent weeks.
Ah yeah, Gary Condit, there’s one native born American who was probably glad when 9/11 happened.
How’s Scarborough’s intern case going?

His motorcycle stays in California, however,
so when hes looking for fun in Washington, he turns to best buddy Rep.
John Kasich.
He likes country music and I like rock n
roll. We swap that back and forth, says Kasich, a Republican from Ohio.
I took him to hear Pearl Jam last year, and he got himself stuck in the
mosh pit. He thought people were trying to fight him.
Condit says he couldnt get out of the
pit fast enough, away from the frenzied slam dancing.
Kasich and Condit also shared good times
at a Rolling Stones concert at RFK Stadium.
Gary talked me into going. We went, but
we didnt have a ride home, so we had to hitchhike back, Kasich says.
No cabs go to a Stones concert.
Great friend
Concert escapades aside, Kasich calls Condit
a great friend.
I trust him. I respect him, confides
Kasich. Im not aware of anybody who doesnt have good things to say
about him. Im sure there are people out there, but that would just be
people who would be jealous. Hes a very centered guy. Hes got a lot of
gravity.
Clinton gave Lynch a bag full of treats in exchange for a Hilly-pass.
Obambi let it be known his hero, the illegal immigrant who killed an American, would be pardoned on Jan. 20
Back to Gary Condit - who looked guilty as all hell
That’s strange.”unforeseen developments that were investigated over the past week”.What could it be.Must be pretty big.Does it have to do with the death of the young man who worked for DNC.Is there a connection?
me too!
Maybe this?
Gary Condit rough-sex reputation shocks mom of slain D.C. intern Chandra Levy but she still wants to find truth about daughter

EXCERPT
Guandique’s lawyers said in a blockbuster filing Thursday that the women could provide circumstantial evidence linking Condit’s “desire to engage in aggressive sex and tie a woman up” with the jogging tights tied in knots found near Chandra’s body.
LMAO!!
Great minds do think alike, GF!!
Ms. Levy was a beautiful young woman...and Gary Condit did look guilty as all hell.
I think he was just the unluckiest sucker in the world :)
But I could be wrong.
Anybody remember the ABSURD pictures of what she might look like in disguise on the cover of the NY Post back then? lol
Probably not online but it was hysterical.
That’s funny!

I would like to refresh on Scarborough leading up to the death of that intern and his subsequent decision not to run again. I don’t remember anything really, about actual political “fall out” against Joe.
I thought this was due to the center fuel tank explosion.
Oops, wrong thread?
Condit is in the clear. They told him they were going to search his apartment about 6 months after the fact and gave him, I think, a three week notice. They found no evidence except some blood residue that could have come from anybody. They also found no answering machine or computer which makes perfect sense for a congressman. /s
maybe someone canceled his white privilege? And what an interesting time for this announcement. Few will be paying attention.
