DORAL, Fla. — Donald J. Trump said Wednesday that he hoped Russia had hacked Hillary Clinton’s email, essentially sanctioning a foreign power’s cyberspying of a secretary of state’s correspondence.
“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” Mr. Trump said, staring directly into the cameras. “I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.”
Mr. Trump’s call was an extraordinary moment at a time when Russia is being accused of meddling in the U.S. presidential election. His comments came amid questions about the hacking of the Democratic National Committee’s computer servers, which researchers have concluded was likely the work of two Russian intelligence agencies.
Later in the news conference, when asked if he was really urging a foreign nation to hack into the private email server of Mrs. Clinton, or at least meddle in the nation’s elections, he dismissed the question. “That’s up to the president,” Mr. Trump said, before finally telling the female questioner to “be quiet — let the president talk to them.”
The Clinton campaign immediately accused Mr. Trump of both encouraging Russian espionage against the United States and meddling in domestic politics.
“This has to be the first time that a major presidential candidate has actively encouraged a foreign power to conduct espionage against his political opponent,” said Jake Sullivan, Mrs. Clinton’s chief foreign policy adviser. “This has gone from being a mattter of curiosity, and a matter of politics, to being a national security issue.”
Mr. Trump has largely dismissed assertions that Russia was behind the Democratic committee breach as conspiracy theories — a view he reiterated again when he said the hack “is probably not Russia.”

Don’t believe me? Just go to Mark Dice’s Youtube channel and see his Man on the Street Mondays. Watch Jesse Watters. Watch Lie Witness News on Jimmy Kimmel. There are people out there who, if they are paying attention at all, only know what the media is selling them on Trump.
You and I know what he’s doing. His supporters aren’t bothered. However, there is a segment of voters who buy this. Many are liberals and it doesn’t matter, but the segment of “independents” who are responsible for the poll number pendulum swing might be affected by this.

With that one remark he blew DNConvention off the front page. You would think he’s read John Boyd and the OODA Loop. Maybe he has since OODA is very prominent in competitive corporate decision making. But probably not. Trump just does and says stuff that flabbergasts everyone. Reminds me of when I was a soph at Fordham playing chess in the lounge and the coach of the school’s chess team asked for a game. He should have beaten me in seven moves but I played like I always did, crazy, almost like checkers. He was going nuts setting elaborate traps that I never saw yet never fell into. Finally I was left with my King and he had his King and one Rook. Stalemate. He didn’t compliment me on my game, just got up talking to himself. Kinda like the Clinton campaign is doing every news cycle.

For a concern troll, I sure put an awful lot of time into defending Trump.
This whole kerfuffle misses an accurate timeline. H->!’s previous servers are no longer online. Either Russia already has a copy of the data or might be able to acquire it from an evil doer who has already obtained the data. There is not likely a way to directly go get the data now. The deed is done. H->! is culpable. Let the fhops fall where they may. Besides, the LSM need to be addressing their own RICO issues wrt collusion with ‘Rats.
