Houston prosecutors dropped all charges against Planned Parenthood whistleblower David Daleiden and his partner on Tuesday. Daleiden was the force behind a series of undercover videos that showed Planned Parenthood executives conspiring to traffic body parts harvested from aborted babies.

What could they do? No charges would, stick because he didn’t break any laws.
Every undercover investigative journalist would be able to be charged and jailed.
To catch a predator Chris Hansen, to the 60 minutes folks, to the fake “What would, you do if” abc crap, to the regular newspaper reporters doing an undrcover story.
Neither did the guy break any laws who made that video Hillary said caused the riots in Benghazi. He broke no laws but you know what? He is still in jail!
Thank God for these courageous Christians! I hope the prosecuting attorney is brought up on charges and disbarred.
These two had some awesome defense attorneys and legal resources.
I used to have a high opinion of Devon Anderson until this case. Now I see that she is a bought and paid for politician.
What they could do is waste his time and money on expensive lawyers. He won, but he lost.
Hey, quit sugar-coatin' it and tell us how you REALLY feel. :o)
In all: well put.
He probably spent a ton of money on lawyers, not to mention all the time he had to waste defending himself.
He should counter sue the hell out of them.
Food Lion successfully sued a couple of investigative journalists back in the 80’s. It was a civil case though. Trespassing I think, but I’m not certain. You’re right about there being no criminal case though. The clinic was open to the public. No one asked them to leave.
Agreed! I’d chip in.
THAT is what will HAVE to happen.
Our “legal” system is evil-—it is BROKEN. We do NOT have a “Justice” system anymore. It is a VICE system-—and doesn’t work most of the time. This time it did, but I am sure it cost precious time and tarnished Daleiden’s character and added tremendous STRESS to his life and family which kept him from doing Good.
This system is EVIL....and HAS to end. Any system of “Law” that allows killing and selling babies and sodomizing others is Satanism-—and promotes a religion and NEEDS to be BANNED.
This evil, vile system is antithetical to our Constitution based on Natural Law and God’s Laws. This system ALLOWS the GOOD and VIRTUOUS to be TARGETED AND DESTROYED-—has to END!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL JUST LAW PROMOTES PUBIC VIRTUE ONLY!!!!! Otherwise the “law” is “Null and Void” (Justice Marshall/Nuremberg Trials).
He needs to SUE the attorneys and REMOVE the rights of attorneys to file unconstitutional “lawsuits” and promoting vice of killing and selling babies..
good news, but they kept this hanging in air for so long, that’s another way these scumbags ruin lives..... they know they have nothing but they keep the prospect of prosecution hanging over their enemies for so long, running up defense legal fees and keeping people from getting on with their lives.
Total abuse of gov power.
I’m sure Bill Clinton simply loovvveeeess Planned Parenthood — he has spread his see so far and wide, yet he didn’t want all those babies out there to “complicate” his pathetic life.
uh huh, keep these folks tied up in court, and keep them as quiet as possible in the meantime. Now that the charges have been dropped I wonder what’s next?
Pure political oppression. And gutless Republican leaders do nothing.
I feel sorry for that stooge too.
However, he went to prison due to violating his parole sentence which required his not accessing a computer on account of his electronic fraud conviction.
