What could they do? No charges would,stick because he didn’t break any laws.

Every undercover investigative journalist would be able to be charged and jailed.

To catch a predator Chris Hansen, to the 60 minutes folks, to the fake “What would,you do if” abc crap, to the regular newspaper reporters doing an undrcover story.

Neither did the guy break any laws who made that video Hillary said caused the riots in Benghazi. He broke no laws but you know what? He is still in jail!

What they could do is waste his time and money on expensive lawyers. He won, but he lost.

Food Lion successfully sued a couple of investigative journalists back in the 80’s. It was a civil case though. Trespassing I think, but I’m not certain. You’re right about there being no criminal case though. The clinic was open to the public. No one asked them to leave.
