"AND LO, I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS"

Matthew 28:20

One morning I stood on the bluffs overlooking the coast at Camp Pendleton. I spied an amphibious naval vessel just off shore. As I stood watching, it came into full view, then disappeared as the early morning fog came and went. The ship was always there, but it was only visible part of the time.

It spoke to me of the reality of God's presence. The truth is God is always there, but our changing moods affect our ability to see. It's good days and bad days again, or would you believe, it can change moment by moment. In the times when vision is less clear, it's truly faith that helps us see and enables us to believe enough to keep trying.

So, live by faith. Trust in the Lord and keep looking ahead. God is with us in the confusion of life.

Prayers, please...FReeper MeekMom passed away July 15th.
She has long suffered from small fiber sensory neuropathy and had a pacemaker installed just months ago.

Hold Thou Thy cross before my closing eyes;
Shine through the gloom and point me to the skies.
Heaven's morning breaks, and earth's vain shadows flee;
In life, in death, O Lord, abide with me.

She has been in pain for so long...now she is with The Lord, her best friend, and pain free.
