who killed nine people in Munich was obsessed with mass shootings and had an obvious link to Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik, German police say.
Police who searched the 18-year-old's room say they found written material on attacks.
The gunman, who later killed himself, had a 9mm Glock pistol and 300 bullets.
Police are investigating whether he may have lured his victims through a Facebook invitation to a restaurant. He is suspected of using a fake account under a girl's name to invite people to the McDonald's restaurant where he launched his attack.

Is Angela Merkel writing these German news releases? They are determined to lie about the fact that Germans were killed in two attacks by militant Muslims this week This sounds like Pravda during the of Soviet days or the NYT during Obama’s reign.

Ex-CNN journalist Richard Gutjahr who filmed #Nice attack, was also at #Munich shopping center, describes scene.
Video footage appeared to show a man opening fire on people outside a McDonald’s restaurant near to the shopping centre.
The sound of multiple shots being fired can be heard as shoppers and passersby run for cover.
People were seen fleeing from the building in another video posted on social media.
“I saw people running out, ducking for cover in residential buildings nearby,” said Richard Gutjahr of BR public television.
“Police look extremely nervous and are not letting their weapons out of their hands for a moment. It’s a martial atmosphere.”

Video footage showed the truck driving slowly down the southern French city’s famous, palm tree-lined Promenade des Anglais boulevard, which had been sealed off and turned into a pedestrian-only party zone.
German tourist Richard Gutjahr filmed the moment when an unidentified motorcyclist rode alongside the truck and grabbed hold of the driver’s door as two other police officers on foot nearby fired a single shot each at the driver’s windscreen. But the truck accelerated through an intersection into screaming crowds, where Gutjahr could hear the final confrontation involving 15 to 20 seconds of gunfire.
“Police were everywhere in town for the day. They clearly saw he was a danger, because that truck should never have been on the road,” said Gutjahr, who took cover as police started shooting because he feared the truck might contain a bomb.
