Trump: I wouldn't accept Cruz endorsement
Politico ^ | 7/22/2016 | Nick Gass

Donald Trump would not accept Ted Cruz's endorsement even if he offered it to him, the Republican nominee said Friday, two days after the Texas senator declined to back him in epic fashion during his convention speech.

"He's fine. I don't want his endorsement. If he gives it, I will not accept it, just so you understand. I will not accept it," Trump said.

Another great thing about being a Texan...I get the chance to vote AGAINST Ted in the next senatorial primary!

Why accept endorsements from those with brain damage. He’s supposed to disavow some endorsements and good words, like Putin for example. What’s the difference? You’ve got a psychotic narcissist in Cruz...he should disavow any endorsement from such quarters.

Trump talked about his mother being able to sense people. I think her granddaughter senses that too.

Ted Cruz is the one that burned the bridge.

Made a most wonderful light on the horizon of the night sky.

But not a beacon.

A poorly-timed gamble for 2020.

If Herself makes it in, the 2020 election shall be meaningless, as the territory once known as “The United States of America” will be reduced to the level of Venezuela.

If The Donald does somehow put together a coalition that does NOT include the diehard Cruz fans, in large enough volume to overcome the certain massive widespread fraud in the Presidential election, do you think The Donald would then simply step aside in 2020? There shall STILL be a lot to be done to restore that reborn dream known as “the American Way”.

Make America One again.
Make America work again.
Make America Great Again.

The media wants to gin this up.

It is Trump’s job to tamp it down and bury it.

Trump’s instincts guided him to the nomination.

I trust his instincts more that yours.

Cruzbots have been wrong every step of the way. And so are you.

Trump's approach to the Cruz situation has been very helpful for showing me some things I intellectually know, but don't yet have a good practical understanding about.

I do know and understand that, given enough time and the right situations, people will eventually reveal themselves and their truths.

Trump, the counter-puncher, is very helpful to my practical understanding, because Trump seems to be really good at getting out of the way and giving people the space and freedom to be who they are to do what they can do.

I gotta say, the now bare-naked Teddy and his ego put on quite a show!

Yikes...

You guys still think so shallow. Trump took over the entire Republican party in one year.

He is keeping the Cruz thing going for a reason. Several reasons actually.

You can keep whining about how the sausage is being made or you can sit back and watch Trump win the whole thing.

Call a doctor if the endorsement persists for more than four hours.
