To: All
Just a thought:
Ok, so let Cruz come out and do his whiny, offended sore loser best.
Then sit back and listen to those who follow his martyr act graciously/forcefully/unapologetically take his sorry ass apart on national TV.
The humiliation should be enough to end his delusions, and his mewling backstabbing won’t affect DJT’s numbers in the least.

And tho this part is proving incorrect:
[The humiliation should be enough to end his delusions]
it nevertheless boldly illustrates/confirms the weasel’s narcissism.
Is he showcasing possible cabinet people?

Enjoyed your well thought out post this morning. You covered a lot of what most of us are thinking. Hopefully, tonight’s convention will be the catalyst to put much of the unnecessary disruptions behind us and we can move forward to work hard and elect President Trump.
Have a good day!
I’m kind of hoping Trump doesn’t so much as mention Cruz tonight. The worm doesn’t deserve it.
You know something. On second thought, I think you’re right. Trump put Cruz out there deliberately to contrast with Pence. Trump is a very very smart man.
I’m not sure what is fact and fiction, because we’re hearing that Cruz went off the script he submitted to Trump.
Don’t know why he would do that, but I’m thinking Cruz wanted Trump to deny him the chance to speak.
Walking out into the arena before the guy’s speech was over was sure manly, and what you’d expect from a leader.
No one can criticize Trump now that he let his opponent have his say. Trump gave Cruz the rope, it was Cruz’s choice to use it to hang himself.
Trump would have been criticized if he’d exercised prior restraint and prevented Cruz from speaking. People would have said he was too thin-skinned to risk criticism and Cruz could have lied and said he was going to endorse Trump.
Instead the world now knows what a small, petty, arrogant, and selfish rat Ted Cruz really is. He will be remembered as “Lyin’ Ted” - who did not live up to his own promise. Thank God he will not be our President!
So, who’s the brilliant one now, eh?
I meant why didn’t she come out for Trump earlier in the primaries. She endorsed Cruz.
Nikos, Cruz being a dry drunk did cross my mind last night. Of course he may be just crazy. Who knows. I actually think that Cruzs decision not to endorse Trump could be a good thing in the long run. This may make the party stronger as people coalesce in their anger against Cruz. Cruz lost, Trump gained. Trump is going to be fantastic tonight and the place is going to rock. Its going to be the best night of the convention!
Cruz did himself more harm than good. Of course, his rabid supporters like Beck will back him whatever he says. But, I think he alienated a lot of previous supporters. From what I read, big donors were not happy with him. And I don’t see Cruz having a big impact on independent voters.
I forgot which freeper deserves the credit, but like the tagline I read earlier today....
“Cruz forgot to yell Allah Akbar before blowing himself up”
CRUZ went fifteen minutes over his scheduled time of course he went off script. This pushed Pence’s address past prime time. His main goal.
I said earlier Trump wasn’t the target, Pence was. He is the direct threat to TC. Pence is a more competent example of Conservative Christian who has repeatedly taken on establishment.
Mike received the crown of next on thrown last night. He booted Cruz out of the next in line position.
I forgot out is “out of marriage dalliances”...! He’s quite the hypocrite.
Yes, indeed!
Ha! Good line!
Here’s another one: Cruz Denied Entry to Adelson’s Donor Suite after he hung himself with Trump’s rope:
This whole CRUZ flap is an apparent attempt by the GOPe and MSM to suck the energy out of TRUMP’S big convention night. There needs to be a complete black out on CRUZ comments.
FR is playing into their hands.
another version of the same story is a little more graphically, but he is correct:
“A former U.S. Senator inside the Adelsons luxury box at the Quicken Loans arena told Independent Journal Review that Cruz approached the suite after he finished his speech that fell short of endorsing Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. Cruz was not welcome in the suite because hes a piece of sh*t, the Senator said.”
I think Cruz is as much of the establishment as Jeb Bush and Romney. The more these people mouth off, or show their immaturity, the better Trump looks.
The problem is how does this play with the other candidates. I doubt very much that anyone is going to want Cruz campaigning for him.
Anyone hear from Palin on this?
I believe Cruz’s 15 minutes of fame expired a long time ago. Trump knows it’s his night to shine, so why tarnish it by bringing up loser Ted. Cruz effectively dug his own grave and fell into it last night...
That's a riot! I'm going to tweet it.
