She then touts another bill, H.R. 3051, which is titled "Background Check Completion Act". She says this bill "would require that a background check be completed before any gun sale proceeds". ...
She then touts another bill, H.R. 4603, which is titled "Hate Crimes Prevention Act", which she says "would ban the sale of firearms to those convicted of assaulting someone based on their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability." ...
She summarized these bills by saying "... we're not asking for a lot -- we are simply asking to save lives." I disagree. Asking to infringe on the right to keep bear arms IS asking for a lot, and may very well cost more lives than it would save. I note that she mourned the "loss of lives in Newtown, Aurora, Charleston, Orlando, and so many others", but she did not claim that any of the bills she touts would have saved a single life.
Better than violating the Constitution would be to allow gun owners to carry their weapons with them. The school in Newtown was a gun-free zone. The theater in Aurora was a gun-free zone. The church in Charleston was a gun-free zone. The club in Orlando was a gun-free zone.

They are trying to say that anyone with a disability is mentally deficient and needs to give up their Second Amendment rights thus anyone on Social Security or VA care would be considered deficient without due process.

If they are “dangerous terrorists” then arrest them. Don’t use a secret government list. That’s not how America works (when Third Worlders aren’t in charge).
