In a heated interview with CNN's Don Lemon, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke said he predicted the recent police shootings in Baton Rouge, Louisiana that killed three law enforcement officers and wounded three others.
"I've been watching this for two years. I've predicted this," Clarke said. "This anti-police rhetoric sweeping the country has turned out some hateful things inside of people that are now playing themselves out on the American police officer."

Lemon is a frigen idiot
“”I’ve been watching this for two years. I’ve predicted this,” Clarke said. “This anti-police rhetoric sweeping the country has turned out some hateful things inside of people that are now playing themselves out on the American police officer.””
The anti-cop brigade here has quieted down.
They were crazy for a while. Sounded like BLM in their cop hate.
Lemon could not look the sheriff in the eyes.
Typical Leftist.
Always trying to shut down with criticism on tone or rhetoric when they can’t defend their positions.
This is precisely the MO of the #NeverTrumpers. Nothing EVER clearly defined as to WHY they did not like Trump except general made up soundbites that were proven false.
At the end of the day, it’s all about shutting down people who threaten your money stream by exposing your dirty agenda.
Ask Mittens/Bush Dynasty about all that. The have plenty of minions doing their dirty work and getting PAID to do so.
Anti-cop
That's like calling illegal aliens immigrants.
Not bashing sheriff Clark but Helen Keller could have predicted this.
Yup. A dub lemon got squeezed. Of course the Harvard professor’s study got dismissed because it didn’t support the desired narrative. And A dub’s using the lyin’ king’s statement as “fact” is absurd. David Clarke was correct in stating that was a lie. Didn’t we just see another study the other day by, I believe, the cdc showing that LEO’s have deadly encounters with white folks double the deadly encounters with black folks. Kudos to David Clarke but I hate to say he wasted his time in two ways. First, bothering to show up to do an interview with cnn, and second, expecting lemon to be anything but an A dub.
I’m glad Sheriff Clarke went on CNN, it broadens his audience to people that won’t set foot to watch FoxNews, his usual media stomping ground.
He knew exactly what Clarke was talking about, and just kept trying to fog the issue. When it comes to police shootings, CNN is the worst.
Does my believing that LaVoy Finicum was murdered in cold blood by the FedGov and OHP make me “anti-cop”?
Does the idea that the mere presence of a gun (in possession of a civilian) shouldn’t come with a death sentence make me anti-cop?
I like Sheriff Clarke, but the cops have some problems.
Let’s not try to compare that to the murderous BLM thugs, K?
I’m complaining, but I’m not killing anyone.
There have been organized attacks against police before. And typically the police remain calm, until they don’t.
And this is the big question. At some point the police will lose patience and *retaliate* against those attacking them. And police can be very good, often lethal, about retaliating.
This is because police gather intelligence about their enemies. They know who their enemies are, where they live, and when best to hit them.
Even the Italian Mafia at its peak tried very hard to avoid a ‘war’ with the police, because they knew they would lose.
This interview was unfair to Lemon. He does not have a fraction of Clarke’s intellect and cannot possibly compete with him. It is CNN’s fault for hiring fools like Lemon and putting them on the air.
Haven’t seen a beatdown like this since Ali/Frasier.
Pray America wakes
