Pro-ISIS groups have begun celebrating the Nice massacre which has left at least 77 people dead and more than 50 injured - but the terror group is yet to officially claim responsibility.
Scores of Bastille Day revellers were mown down by a truck after gathering to watch a fireworks display in the French city.
Eyewitnesses say there was an exchange of gunfire in the aftermath of the terror attack before the driver was shot dead. A second suspect is currently on the run according to French authorities.
One French media outlet, weekly news magazine Paris Match, is reporting that ISIS has claimed responsibility but as yet there has been no official confirmation.

4. Warnings to civilized people from authorities to not retaliate.

I think the truck used may have been full auto...your rig probably has a high capacity 18 gear semi-auto transmission.

Ridiculous! No one needs more than 3 gears!
These assault trucks need to be banned for all civilian use. Any truck magazine that holds 30 rounds should be banned. Any truck with a bayonet should be banned. An FBI background check of the buyer must be put in place.
In California you have to remove the hood ornament, since that makes it an assault truck.
That truck needs more diversity!

If the truck was driven by a guy named Muhammad yelling “Allahu Akbar!”, Obama will claim it was driven by a psychopath with unknown motives and it could have been any of us with PTSD. If it was his work truck, it’s more workplace violence.
