France’s national holiday turned ugly for revelers Thursday night in the southern city of Nice, as a truck reportedly crashed into a crowd of Bastille Day revelers and fears of terrorism spread.

On a side note about the media.
I’m streaming Sky news and on many many occasions the talking head has said that they have “Horrific” pictures of the carnage in this attack, but we won’t/can’t show them.
Not that I want to see them.
However, It was the medias displaying of the dead and wounded American Soldiers in Vietnam that led to a shift in public opinion about that war.
I know that the images will find their way “Online” for those that want to see them, but it will never carry the same impact.

Yikes! Was this one man? Was he shooting as well as running people over?
I saw a video, and it was incredibly graphic. There were bodies covered in blood, some dismembered, lying in the streets with some living people next to them, maybe looking for a loved one or trying to help in some way. I’ll link, but warning, very graphic:
