I would love to see Trump announce Col. Allen West as his running mate. He has a military background, which Trump said was important, he has political experience, which Trump also said was important. Liberal heads all over America would be exploding if he picked West.
I wondered about this. “Insiders” told me McCain was going to pick Tim Pawlenty in 2008, a day before he picked Palin. It seems to be SOP to send out a false rumor.

Tomorrow supposed to be a day of rage by the BLM! Hopefully that’ll fizzle but I doubt it by the looks of all the protest across the nation of late! I pray Trump has an ace up his sleeve in order to steal all the thunder away from the BLM tomorrow!

Would be funny if he picked someone else and has just been playing rope-a-dope with the media.
Most folks thought it would be Pawlenty in 08.

Trump/Tebow has a nice ring. Tebow is smart, sincere, evangelical and looks like a reincarnated Greek God.

I agree, but I read somewhere that Trump had differences with Allen West on the Iraq war. Anybody else heard more on that. I’m just surprised Allen West doesn’t appear to be in the running.
Choosing Allen West would do two HUGE things:
1) Would serve to placate the crab pot of the minority vote. They can’t say he’s a racist as easily.
2) Would serve to placate the Republican party mainstream
Choosing Allen West would kill 2 birds with one stone and each of those groups represent a HUGE amount of voters.

I think when Hillary announces her VP pick Trump should put forth some cabinet appointment names. Hey media, look over here! LOL

I think Sesssions is more solid, however, we can’t have two 70 year olds on the ticket. We just can’t. Pence is a solid second, and what is with all this hand wringing on here? Newt is dangerous - very much so. He’s a loose cannon - if we trust Trump to run this country, take care of our military, build a wall, and bring back jobs - why in the he** can’t some of you understand that he is quite capable of picking the best choice for his VP? If he feels that Pence is that person - then I’m okay with it. We need to stop eating our own - Trump wold have 1,000 names if he listened to everyone’s favorite choice. Some of these choices made by Freepers tells me they have not truly vetted these people. Let’s stop the darned infighting and win this election!
I noticed that as well. But, neither is Pence or Krispy Kreme Kristy.
