Starbucks baristas have found themselves at the center of another race debate.
One year after Starbucks' failed "race together" campaign that encouraged baristas to discuss racial tension with customers, employees are now being encouraged to shout "black lives matter" in stores.

Virtue signalling
They continue to dig deeper and deeper.
So...
What you’re in a grocery store peacefully coming in for some milk and bread. Suddenly you hear ‘BLACK LIVES MATTER!!” some young kid shouting from the star bucks in the corner.
What’s the store manager going to think/say?
What happens if one or ALL of the customers respond...
“ALL LIVES MATTER!!”
I just don’t need this...
that would scare me so much I might just drop my coffee and run out of the store! (or throw it)
Morning Joe's gaggle of self hating white elites (who derive their power from the black underclass) will champions this act of shallow self-serving silly indulgence...
LOL - Does it get any weirder?
I went a couple times in the past year. But only because my daughter gave me a gift card.
Remembering when coffee was just coffee makes me feel old.
I take some measure of delight that those who criticize dark-roasted coffee as bad are so familiar with the taste of panther whizz.
THERE IS NO STRONG COFFEE. ONLY WEAK MEN.
They yell “Black Lives Matter” reply “All Lives Matter”.
Starbucks does that and they will IMO will GO DOWN.
People go there for so so coffee not politics.
If they sold good coffee, I mean coffee so good you couldn’t resist it, they might get away with all this liberal nonsense...but the fact is, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is much better, and without the attempts at indoctrination.
If their primary customer base was blacks, it might make commercial sense.
Some doofus customer is promoting this (by using the name “black lives matters” for his order so that this will be called out when the order is ready). Corporate Starbucks isn’t promoting this.
Same here. I could never stand coffee.
Black donuts matter, warm them up please!!!
Well...if I had a taste for over priced burnt coffee I’d probably get it at Starbucks and then I could boycott them.
#2 !! Funny !! : )
And so true!
Exactly. I went overboard with the iced green tea latte with whole milk. My weight hit 208 lbs. I stopped that and dropped back to 192 lbs. Additional clean up of my diet has me at 159.3 lbs today (from 191.5 on Jan 7th). Body fat down to 17.5%. A nice way to cruise toward my 60th birthday next month.
So when everyone runs out of the store what then?
Starbucks has invaded the universities also.
