HARRISBURG, GA - "Gun owners exist. Get over it!" summerized Paul Lopez, after he was publicly booed for exercising his conceal-carry rights and bringing a gun with him at an annual Democrat Party fundraiser in Atlanta, Georgia. His best friend of 25 years, Kyle Johnson, agreed. "We can't say we're a big tent party and at the same time exclude people like me just because my lifestyle makes you uncomfortable. If you don't like guns, don't own one", he noted.
Polls have consistently shown that more and more Americans are embracing gun rights in the 21st century, yet top Democrat Party officials stubbornly refuse to budge from the party's antiquated, cold war era, staunch anti-gun rhetoric.
