On the other hand, as you imply, none of the other candidates whose names were floated really do much me either. Newt is too old and has too much baggage, and Christie is too much like Trump.

Sadly Christie and Newt failed there too. Hopefully Pence assured him he would fight for Donald’s and the people’s wills. Pence must have came across as someone whom Donald and the kids do trust.
