Besides, I am no longer a gun owner. I lost All of mine in a bizarre boating accident.

I just figured out what's up with the difference in our attitude. It's where we live. You're surrounded by liberals and squishy Republicans, I'll bet, if you go by the stats.

OTOH, every single weekend I am treated to the musical sound of another distant neighbor trying out his/her new gun purchase. And I can't pass a gun range without waiting lines, no lie. The "RememberTheAlamo" attitude runs deep in our veins. Call it hyperbole or whatever you want, but it's true. God Bless Texas!
