Comey has long history of cases ending favorable to Clintons

FBI Director James Comey has a long history of involvement in Department of Justice actions that arguably ended up favorable to the Clintons.

In 2004, Comey, then serving as a deputy attorney general in the Justice Department, apparently limited the scope of the criminal investigation of Sandy Berger, which left out former Clinton administration officials who may have coordinated with Berger in his removal and destruction of classified records from the National Archives. The documents were relevant to accusations that the Clinton administration was negligent in the build-up to the 9/11 terrorist attack.

On Tuesday, Comey announced that despite evidence of “extreme negligence by Hillary Clinton and her top aides regarding the handling of classified information through a private email server, the FBI would not refer criminal charges to Attorney General Loretta Lynch and the Justice Department.

Curiously, Berger, Lynch and Cheryl Mills all worked as partners in the Washington law firm Hogan & Hartson, which prepared tax returns for the Clintons and did patent work for a software firm that played a role in the private email server Hillary Clinton used when she was secretary of state.

It turns out Comey has a long history of questionable actions and connections to the Clintons. The media repeat over and over how honest Comey is. I don't see it.

It seems the supposed once-Republican Comey is brother to David Gergen of likewise ilk.

Comey is one of the miriad embedded fixers, like Gorelick, that Clinton filled the gov’t with during his term. They are sleeper agents foolishly left in place by GWB that can be called upon whenever a Clinton gets in trouble and the system of justice needs a thumb on the scale.

Unconsciously or otherwise, people show a bias toward appeasing and providing gratification for persons of power, and the more ruthlessly the power is applied, the greater the bias.

All at a subliminal level, of course. There is probably an evolutionary basis for this turning to an alpha leader, especially if the alpha leader has shown harsh punishment of the transgressor, and abiding lovingkindness for the compliant and obedient.

It is time we got past out limbic brainstem level of responses, though. WE are human beings, not wolves.

We have been told by the media and the ruling class that James Comey is known far and wide for his Integrity and high ethical standards.
I read an article this week in which the writer mentioned in passing that INTEGRITY in Washington is very different from Integrity in the Flyover country. Ethics also, I assume.

“apparently limited the scope of the criminal investigation”

That tactic was used with Berger and during his testimony wednesday he used the same BS “beyond the scope of what we were investigating”.

Seems to me anything anyone said that ended up opening a new door was “beyond the scope”. I bet if one of the witnesses said they believed that Clinton was pre-occupied with planning the assassination of Scalia, the next question would have gone right past it following the script.

We have seen for 7 1/2 years of what Obama’s punishment and control consists of. We’ve seen the subliminal and the allowance to let at least one side go “full limbic”. We as the other side have no choice in the last 6 months of this madman’s reign of terror. If there ever was a time to become the ‘wolf’ we are at that point. Lambs don’t take down wolves. That’s what dogs and donkeys are for.

One thing that is not being said but should be understood by everyone not working in government is this. One very big reason that Hillary is not being indicted is because this is a law that is very often broken. And most often broken by the most powerful. While a low level government official or contractor would face penalties, the people at the top break the laws and rules all the time.

It is thought by many in America, that Top Secret means information that is very hard to get. That is not true. Our government is like a sieve. While those at the bottom are often careful, those at the top just aren’t. Our government is poorly run, unproductive and cannot hold a secret.

Our first tip-off there was something wrong with the guy was the press fawned over him.

At least Comey put his cards on the table: there are “laws” for the elites... which are nothing... not even slaps on the wrists... AND there are laws for the little people - - laws that will be strictly enforced.

Comey didn’t mess around like most politicians...

The United States is officially a hellhole...

Just saying, Comey has a choice of putting lots of people in jail or nobody. He chose nobody. Of coarse, if your a little person you will be punished.
