The police are between a rock and a hard place. If they flex some muscle to disperse the hood rats, all hell will break loose, and they’ll have a full scale riot on their hands.
If they back off too much, they’ll have a full scale riot on their hands. It’s one helluva balancing act for them.
A commentator on Fox said he feels this could be ISIS and I believe he is a former officer.

That's why I suspect heavy pressure is going to be brought to bear on the Dallas city government.
There will soon be feds on the ground in Dallas that will be expert in putting the arm on them.
If the Dallas people refuse, they'll be in a world of hurt.
The minority populations of Dallas will be enlisted to help put pressure on the right places. In addition, I would expect large amounts of federal dollars to be offered for all kinds of nice programs if they play ball with Uncle Obola.
