Todays testimony proves beyond a shadow of a dount that while Hillary did not lie under oath to the FBI she DID lie under oath to Congress during her testimony to them.

Did Comey ever tell why Clinton was not under oath, why no transcript exists, or why he was not there? Was he ever asked?

This won’t in anyway effect Cancklesbeasts assention to the thrown, it will however finish off Comey when there are no charges for lying to Congress. It is cut and dry she lied under oath. He seems more than willing to fall on his sword, why?

The 22nd Amendment gives corrupt Congress an excuse not to impeach and remove corrupt, last-term presidents from office. So the corrupt Washington cartel probably looks forward to the 2nd terms of corrupt presidents.
Patriots need to consider repealing the 22nd Amendment, but for sure repeal the ill-conceived 17th Amendment, and also give the state legislatures the express constitutional authority to recall bad-apple lawmakers.
How about the states also giving themselves the constitutional authority for 3/4 (2/3?) of state legislatures to remove any federal official(s?), elected or non-elected, from office?

In a surprising turn of events, Congressman Jason Chaffetz announced that he would be sending a referral to the FBI to investigate whether Hillary Clinton lied under oath during her testimony before the Select Committee on Benghazi in October 2015.
Early on during Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz’s opening questions, he asked Director Comey if the FBI investigated whether Hillary Clinton lied under oath.
“Not to the FBI, not in a case we are working,” Director Comey replied.
Congressman Chaffetz then clarified that he was referring to her testimony before the Select Committee on Benghazi in October 2015.
“Did you review the documents where Congressman Jim Jordan asked her specifically, and she said ‘There was nothing marked classified on my emails either sent or received,’” Congressman Chaffetz asked.
“I don’t remember reviewing that particular testimony,” Director Comey replied. “I am aware of that being said, though.”
“Did the FBI investigate her statements under oath on this topic?” Congressman Chaffetz asked.
“Not to my knowledge — I don’t think there has been a referral from Congress,” Director Comey replied.
“Do you need a referral from Congress to investigate her statements under oath?” Congressman Chaffetz asked.
“Sure do,” Comey replied.
Congressman Chaffetz then left no doubt that the FBI would have one, very soon.
“You’ll have one. You’ll have one in the next few hours,” Chaffetz said.
